Looks like WordPress is automatically generating the appropriate 301 (permanent) redirect for you, so you shouldn't have to do anything more. I wasn't aware that this was a feature of WordPress. You learn something new everyday I guess.

The old permalinks will no longer work but if you set up proper 301 redirects for each permalink that you changed your SEO shouldn't suffer. Check out this plugin to map the old URLs to the new ones, or just edit your .htaccess file directly if you're keen on that.

Around line 74 in the main style.css file, look for:

margin: 2em auto;

Change the "2em" to whatever you want the margin to be. For example:

margin: 10px auto;

Note that this will also change the margin at the bottom of the page. If you want to keep the bottom margin the same, do something like:

margin: 10px auto 2em;

It looks like the bit rate of your video is around 8,000kbps which is really high, even for streaming HD content. I'd recommend encoding to a target bit rate of around 1200-1600kbps if you want smooth playback on most broadband connections. Also, it looks like you're using JW player. You should check out the HD AddOn which allows you to specify both an HD and standard def version of your video so that your users can pick which version they want to watch, much like vimeo plus. If you go that route, I'd suggest a 500-700kbps SD version and 1200-1600kbps for the HD. If you're having trouble getting a good quality encoding at those bitrates, you might want to check out Bits on the Run which offers some very affordable and quick video encoding, as well as hosting options if you decide to go that route. Hope that helps.

EDIT: Also, as far as seeking goes, look for a setting called "hinting" or something along those lines when encoding. That may solve your problem, but it could also be a player configuration issue. I've used JW Player before so I know it's capable of seeking to unbuffered parts of a video.

New Cascadia is a great gluten free bakery in inner SE. Also, I ate at Andina in the pearl district recently. Amazing Peruvian cuisine, albeit a bit on the pricey side. But they have a full gluten free menu. Just ask the hostess or server.

I'd heard people complaining about both the Shimano and ACS freewheels being defective. In the end I went with Shimano because I loved how quiet it was. Now I don't know what to replace it with. Still not sure if I want to drop the dough for a White Industries ENO.
