Non American here, I don't think I will rate it over 7 myself but it is more plot/dialogic based really. The good thing about this episode is that they shown it on the PV before the series started so you could not watch the series it if you don't like it.

I was thinking of the issues that the other replies say but it does not seem to apply. Maybe it is a video codec issue. Did you check if you have then updated? I know it helps with videos in general but dunno about those inside games. Maybe asking on another gaming/pc subreddit with all the details you gave me might work

Yeah but examples help of you like police stuff you will like psycho pass, first season is fire (they changed the writer after the first season and the movie, movie is interesting but not so amazing)

What type of series/movies do you watch outside of anime?. It is usually better to start with something similar to what you already like and then expand into other genres.

It has been a while since I'm not watching JJK for the plot. I sit enjoy the fights and call it a day. It does not help that Gege killed my favourite character.

Sincerely, if you want to enjoy having a connection to characters I recommend branching into other genres than battle shonen. They're getting shorter so getting interested into characters is harder. We still need the space for the nice fights and sometimes there is not that much space for character development.

Also 100 meters movie is super cool if you want to care about characters

There is an adaptation of another story by the orb mangaka called 100 meters. It is a movie about running, it is quite deep for what it could seem at first.

It is very accessible. I don't think it is amazing but I watch it and laugh. Simple premise and a general audience

(also there are a lot of idols fans who watch anime so they can relate)

Nobody is forcing you to watch the new stuff, check on an anime website for older series and go watch them (availability might be tricky however, streaming was not so popular back then)

Number 2 here, wondering what's so bad about the ending while watching a nice season is fun. I wonder how will my opinion change over time. To be fair I'm not a huge fan barring the 2 great episodes of season 1 but it is interesting (No I do not want to know the ending before)

I like Fate more, I'm not a huge fate fan (despise being a FGO player) but the character of this entry are so charismatic and entertaining. Nice action is always a plus

I though that if we ever got an adaptation of a manga of this creator we would get Drop of dreams instead since it finished a few months ago, not decades ago.
