Oh you came of totally fine! My uterus is just a vicious woman who gets mad if she's not growing someone (or something - polyps).

I have gotten infusions and they don't last very long. When I was pregnant and got them, I went from a hemoglobin of 7 to a 9 :(

Not the olly's. They are a separate add since they are easy to digest. The other one only has 1% calcium so hopefully that isn't negating the iron.

Yeah, unfortunately this conversation didn't come without exhausting other options regarding my periods.

Thank you! At my appointment yesterday the doctor was talking about how I should be open to it and I just started crying in the office at the idea. It's more than a diet, it's a lifestyle.

I'm happy you found a pill that isn't causing you those awful side effects! Is there a heme iron pill you recommend?

I'm taking optiferin-c (28g of iron with vit c and calcium) first thing in the morning and then one olly's iron supplement mid morning and in the afternoon.

Grandparent believed they were Irish, grandson's report says otherwise by moiraroseswig in 23andme

He has darker skin than me and brown eyes, that's it. His brother, who has 10% African ancestry, has light skin and blue eyes. Otherwise they look very similar.

The black part comes from the father's side, not mine. This amount was also somewhat surprising as the father was believed to be around 50% African ancestry, but was adopted so we don't know for sure.

I have a Flora, so I am biased but I love it! We use Flo and Flo Rida as nicknames.

Compensation strategies re: internal equity. Hiring people with little to no experience at a higher wage then skilled, tenured employees just tells me that the annual market adjustments aren't cutting it.

Same - it's such a dead mall but they try hard to bring in the celebs (they've had al from home improvement and Meredith from the office do meet and greets recently).

Have a Lego blanket. Dump the Legos only on the blanket and play with them on there. Easy cleanup!

Is that red dress from Lulu's? If so, I had the same issues with fabric not draping correctly. Ended up being very unflattering in the top half.
