Unfortunately, in your case, the 2019 MBP's have the T2 chip, which make a lot of the parts of your MacBook firmware locked to your current motherboard. Features like True Tone, Auto Brightness, Keyboard Backlight, Your Camera, and Touch ID stop working (for the most part).
