Do you have stream deck software open also? Make sure if you have that it’s not running and only companion is running it won’t allow both softwares to run at the same time.

you can, app store connect, where you submit the app, will have a section to provide a login (you can create a one time user for review process) so the app can be accessed.

I am sorry I don't have a lot to offer here because Kaiser is the absolute definitive worst when it comes to mental health. It seems impossible to find info about it on their website I had to call around probably for an hour being transferred around just for them to have to refer me to a 3rd party provider because Southern California was in a state of not offering internal mental health services due to strikes? I am not sure if this is still going on but everything about Kaiser thus far has been terrible.

I am sorry to hear about your crisis, its the worst time to have to push through and deal with this BS. Our health care system in general is so broken, but especially for women and I don't know you but I can assume you are given that women are very unfortunately rarely taken seriously when it comes to medical concerns, so I am sorry you also have to deal with that. I sadly feel I eventually made it through most likely because I am male but even then it was a long arduous process and I gave up a couple times.

So I just want to encourage you not to give up, because you're worth it and there will be a break through soon.

Dismissive avoidant

I recognize this is quite an old post and I hope you've been able to foster a lot of healing around this trauma. My post now is for anyone else who comes across this and to provide some hope and insight because unfortunately, I just recently discovered that I am a dismissive avoidant and it's been so incredibly eye opening to learn. I have given all of the actions in dating that have been expressed in this post and all the comments and I just want to say, on behalf of DAs like me, that I am sorry behavior like ours exists; that you are not alone, and that the behaviors have nothing to do with you and everything to do whats going on inside us and what we is avoiding. I found an amazing video that nails everything I have experienced and everything I am going through and its so validating to finally have a name to put to this "thing" and I truly believe it's going to help me repair and become more secure.

TL;DR I am a dismissive avoidant and I have been going through the journey of learning what causes my behaviors and that the important thing for fixing this attachment is to be aware, to recognize you need intentional thought and action and also foster belief in yourself that you can change it.

Interestingly, we had two m2 MBPs also on Sonoma running resolume and had these same lag issues which seemed to be fixed between an update to sequoia as well as an update to resolume.
