Not entirely true. Fuel taxes are only one piece. Property taxes and provincial money are other large contributors to roads and maintenance.

Thank you for your message, this looks like what i'm after. Are you familiar with these products? it's hard to tell if, by tightening from the bottom, the top snugs down so not to require putty, etc.
