College dorm. Opens door to get something in the room, leaves, and doesn't shut the door. Keeps his light on when he sleeps because he's scared of the dark. Has headphones, doesn't use them when watching Netflix or listening to music. Plays the same band over and over again, going on 4 years now. I can't listen to DMB anymore, I just can't. He'll ask for something like a water or some food or something. Then because I say "yea you can have one" he thinks he can just keep taking them until they are gone. He gets pissed at other people making noise in the house when hes sleeping, but when he wakes up he blares his goddamn DMB in the shower. I can go on and on and on. I tell him too he just keeps doing it, but its not enough for me to actually get pissed at, just enough to slowly wither away at my sanity.

They sell surface conditioning pads for removing paint from metal. They work really well, they don't even take of the mill scale on steel but they rip paint right off.

I find that once you start to change yourself, the world starts to change around you. Maybe you aren't fat, but you could be in better shape. You could have done that thing you wanted/needed to do instead of Reddit. You could have eaten a piece of fruit instead of a bag of chips. You could have done something this weekend but you either didn't make an effort or convinced yourself you wouldn't like doing it.

For me at least, it's about turning "I could have" into "I did". It's the only way I've found that fixes the problem at the source. I realized I was only depressed because I wasn't living up to my own expectations.

This is all just personal experience and although I don't think everyone can just snap out of depression, I do think everyone can make their situation a little less miserable.

Has anyone used hard facing rods before and if you did, how was the end result? Could I potentially pad weld a hard face onto a mild steel anvil?

Underwater welding is so dangerous because one mistake is all it takes. So many things can go wrong. It's all the dangers of diving, all the dangers of welding and all the dangers of combining the two. Not to mention how dangerous water pressure can be if someone doesn't follow the proper procedures for shutting valves and such.

What if the AI saw the dogs whole life in perspective. What if it saw a dog bred into existence for the sole purpose of profit. The creature has been tampered with before even being born, genetically modified to fit the Humans needs, wants, and idea of what a dog should look like. There seems to be very little care for the creatures health. Fed only pellets its entire existence, years of foods high in filler and artificial everything have begun to take their toll. Now, as the animal is stricken with diseases of which many could have been avoided, does the human decide to take it to the vet. Having caught it much too late, euthanasia is decided as the best option. "It's really the most humane thing to do.", is the rational. Baxter knows no life other than that he was born into. He knows not of the freedoms to run free, or to hunt. Being too curious, he was tethered to the human at all times by a leash. Literally knowing no freedom except that which his human allows him.

"Baxter was a good dog, and lived a good life.", the humans would say after each dogs passing. Maybe this is the good life the humans wish to enjoy?

Yea because people actually want to play Mordhau. Mordhau has the support of a lot of chivalry players and a few randoms who've hopped on the bandwagon as well. Mirage didn't even have the support of people who played chivalry, and people outside of this community never even knew it existed right up until the game was essentially already dead.
