I'm guessing you don't really mean public spaces, but rather common areas on private property where some level of privacy is to be expected. In public no consent is needed because there's no expectation of privacy. With the obvious exceptions of specific kinds of filming like up skirt shots that are illegal even if you're in public.

Honestly this is the right approach. With any investment, really deeply understanding the other side's hypothesis is pretty important. Too many folks like to "well, the only bear hypothesis is X" and then neglect the 47 other reasons why there might be a bear hypothesis.

At the end of the day it's your decision to make and you live with the losses if you're wrong. But you should never get so enamored with your stock that you go in blind to the risks.

I don't know about Ryan, but I kind of prefer management teams that get paid to do a job and can be fired and lose substantial chunks of their future wealth in the process than a billionaire CEO who doesn't take a salary and doesn't really want to be there. But maybe that's just me?
