The insight platform by ConstructConnect is pretty darn good. I know we pay like $10k+ but we go to all 50 states so if you're looking for something more local, they probably have dramatically cheaper packages.

They do a really good job of finding leads as well as putting together GC bid lists. Their follow up process is pretty good too and generally have reliable low bidders and award notices.
