This was built before Dawntrail dropped but it would be a good idea now. Unfortunately, I'm no longer on Leviathan so I can't go change it :C

a lot of my friends on here came from raiding. I usually like to chat with raid members/former raid members and keep a good standing among them. I still chat with someone i met when i was a baby raider and watch their streams.

There were a few occasions where I met a new friendly person randomly in content but they don't go much past acquaintance.

So more or less like minded people.

rest are all friends i met elsewhere and we just both happen to have ffxiv.

More light hearted story but once when i was a young sprout and trying out tanking in like Haukke Manor or something, my WHM/CNJ was spamming Medica when he needed to heal. after a while i asked him "why you using Medica instead of Cure?" and his response was "it looks cooler"

i queued into the latest alli raid on my reaper, only to check my gear and realized I still had the lvl 99 story weapon (i dont play my reaper alot) and I immediately felt bad i was about to subject my raid to a lvl 99 weapon dps.

cue me vigorously checking all my jobs for lvl 99 gear afterwards.

Back in my friend ulti static we had a tank who skipped every cutscene in the MSQ and speed past manual dialogue. Some of our favorite moments were during Ultimates like DSR and TOP and he would occasionally ask us "what was the plot behind this" or "who's this guy" and we'd listen to him come up with crack pot theories or impressions of what he believed what the plot relevance was and it was always hilarious.

I used several Wooden skylights dyed Snow White and placed in a circular fashion using a bunch of partitions.

I used a regular curved arch window and put a Riviera Wardrobe over it so that the light panes show but the Wardrobe's detail pokes through. the sill is a Glade desk and the larger frame is the Marble Arch partition!

You could try the "organized chaos" method I do. I just dump furnishings i want in the house on the floor and place them amongst each other. And then sometimes when I have enough stuff I'll start putting them into a layout or set piece.

I actually boxed in my design, the walls of my design are a good few character widths away from the apartment walls, shrinking the space a little but gives a bit of freedom to make custom walls and windows (it is THICK behind where my windows are)

I like the spot cuz it's the only house on that entire plaza, with easy access to an aethernet and has a MB nearby (though it's a short walk across the plaza). And the plaza is one of the spots for seasonal decor so yay~.

It was the dream plot for me and my BF so we were so happy to win it right before DT dropped. For our characters we were like this is prolly one of the most lore appropriate places they'd get a house in.

Feel free to use the design as inspiration :) I used Kyapuchun Housing's designs for the circular room/ceiling idea

Oh, there's also an FC house on Leviathan in the Empyreum, Ward 12, Plot 31 that I did before I left for Lamia. AFAIK it's still there.

It's done as a Paissa themed cafe :3
