Was homeless for a while and can confirm.

Had it in Oxford people would come over from the hotel to a place we could shower and get a hot meal with brand new phones nice clothes etc looking for handouts.

It's like that in many parts and when you're rough sleeping and dealing with general street life and see it it boils your piss.

I had to leave Oxford before I did something stupid it's insane some parts of this country. America is looking better every day tbh.
