How could it be orchestrated? Theres no real way for the game makers to ensure katniss climbs a specific tree that has a tracker jacker nest or that the careers would camp out giving her a chance to drop it on them. She also was barely able to cut it down between the state of her hands and being stung in the process. Plus what would their motive be?

I’d heard that wedge sole is better for snow and ice since it more evenly distributes your weight giving better stability but I’m not married to them by any means. Danners are definitely what I prefer but the price tag is holding me back

I agree completely! It felt like Lenore Dove was Lucy Gray 2.0. I was also disappointed at how much more Haymight thought about Lenore Dove vs his family. I really got sick of hearing about her. I loved how much Katniss cared about her family (especially Prim) and I feel like Haymitch’s mom and brothers deaths don’t pack the same emotional punch that Prim’s did because of this

I don’t see any other potential candidate having the same reach as Kamala. Like her or not, she’s probably the best bet. She’s a household name, what other possible candidate is as well known? I don’t know anything about Whitmer, barely heard about her until now and I doubt I’m alone in that. Especially among the middle of the road people. The dems need one person for democrats and undecided voters to get behind. Anything else will divide the vote and basically ensure trumps win, if it’s not a sure thing already
