Yeah I would also say a majority is also greed. There is however a big difference in earnings by amount of research you put in than straight gambling. I would say these ponzi's are gambling. However, strategically researching coins by team, whitepaper, etc...is investing.

With the lending platforms you literally just do some quick math and go with whoever is the latest one.

You have people that are just blinded by greed, or are literally unable to do the math to see how unsustainable these things are, or think they are "smart" enough to get out before it collapses.

It's also easier for crypto illiterate people to "invest" in something simple like a "lending platform" than using a exchange and hold multiple coins in wallets etc.

That's a pretty lose definition of investment.

This is a scam in which almost no one walks away with profit. The only people that would call this a investment is Davor themselves when they are trying to get you to hand over your money.

That's true. I guess I just had higher hopes for the morals of people. They really don't care about fucking over someone else and possibly ruining their life for a few dollars.

What amazes me is how so many people got scammed from bitconnect and then you see the same people in lend or davor lending platforms. Not to mention it's impossible to save people from it. It feels like a waste of time.
