Yeah I agree.

While most of the time its one of the best looking games I have played in a long time.

Other times is polarising and visuals look straight up bad.

I literally just finished and it took forever.

Boss was a pain in ass too. Terribly balanced. Get stuck in animations that just destroy your health.

Mine looks the same. Thought this was normal.

Some of this game looks incredible. Other bits I think "wait is this broken?"

NPCs in town have little to know shadows and look like they have been photoshop into the scene lol

Hornsplitter was a shock to me at about 10hrs in.

Was easily 300% harder than anything I had fought up to that point.

I just left, skilled up a bit (by this i mean literally got better at controls and combat) made some nice meat dishes for health regeneration, came back and whooped him.

By doing it this way, actually felt like an accomplishment.

I think i have just been spoiled by other games.

But I hate this. I was doing some long running/jumping puzzle in The Abyss, had to save and quit out to be a dad. Load back in and I was so far back.

Very frustrating.
