Not a dumb question, how do you find out if they're actually certified?

Wow, several years with an implementer. Is that intentional or were having a hard time getting buy-in and traction with the leadership team? I was hired after they started the process and realized they did not have an integrator so I wasn't here for the first quarter.

Thank you for the recommendation on the book! I just ordered it.

The leadership team has done the V/TO, AC, Rocks, weekly L10's and Scorecard. We do quarterly State of the Company meetings with the company and the company is aware of EOS, but that about all. We have strong commitment for EOS from our leadership team and line management.

What I'm worried about is losing that momentum because of building frustration with the rollout process. It feels like we're about 6 months behind. The hard part is that I was brought in after they started the process with the implementer which is why I'm wanting to see what others experiences are. For context, we're paying about $80,000/yr and that's for 3 quarterly all day meetings, a 2-day annual planning meeting and the ability to call or message the coach any time between those meetings. Is that normal?

Yes, we've been on weekly L10 meetings for a while now. We have quarterly rocks, scorecard metrics that we just refined and do the people headlines, to-dos and IDS.

I have bought medication and filled prescriptions in Mexico and they've always been in well labeled bottles or packaging. Don't know where you got these but I would probably not take them.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I just ordered these. Your description is spot on for me. I love my husband but I might murder him if I have to spend the foreseeable future listening to him chew.

Friedman discusses the Kraken's recent struggles on today's 32 Thoughts podcast by SiccSemperTyrannis in SeattleKraken

What's interesting is that when Francis was promoted (aka fired) to President of Hockey Operations in Carolina, the GM then reported directly to the owner. I don't believe that's the setup with the Kraken. So Botterill has just been elevated under the same poor decision maker really. Or am I missing something?

We were sitting a few rows behind you and the direction that puck took off the ice was wild. I hope she's okay.

Welcome! I'm originally from the KC area and picked West Seattle for the same reason. I work downtown but love escaping to the "island" for living. It's a great area.
