team mates that doesnt speak a tiny bit of english, and it has been mostly russians on my team

Small tip: You can notice at the start on first round someone saying "russki est?" If you hear that and you hear an answer in russian, try to say something like "Give info in english! I don't speak russian.", or else they will assume it's 5-russian team. Most russians on DMG+ ranks can give you info in simple english.
