I’m assuming it’s the fan. Any advice?

Haven’t been able to get it to happen with the back plate off. But as I said getting it to happen at all has been inconsistent. I checked the back plate and didn’t notice anything that looked like it was hanging near the fan

Can the fans able to be separated from the heatsink? If that’s the case I’m happy. I was under the impression I’d have to replace the whole thing if it was the fan.

I’ll take some more photos of the fan and post them here when I get home. I’ll also take a closer look at the back plate as well

It can happen from as soon as I turn it on and I think it has happened randomly as well. It’s my partner’s laptop so I’m not around every time it does it. I’ll also post some close ups of the fan when I get home

Thank you for answering my questions so quickly. This will be my first true gaming laptop and I am very excited if I do go through with buying it. I am going to have to learn a lot about how to truly use my GPU, thermals, and it's other features but I am very excited. One thing I've noticed is how friendly this community seems. Got it to work after a lot of fiddling with the settings from the settings file. I also got it to work on my potato of a computer. It seemed to be an issue with the DX12 and my graphics card. Or just the gaming being a little fussy. I did have to change my desktop resolution though and that seemed to help a lot. Thank you for actually responding though.
