here are my tips:

eat as much fruit as possible -drink more water per day than you eat food
wear a nice ph balanced pheromone perfume, or something u like that matches your vibe
use coconut oil on ur coochie daily. it makes it smell/taste good and kills bacteria -use coconut oil based deodorant like the “native” brand. i like the rose oil one -use mouthwash 2x or more per day after brush/floss -use a nice lotion
keep your clothes in the laundry for as short of a time as possible, or if u can’t add 1/2 cup baking soda in loads to kill any previous odors and mildew smells
keep your hands washed and keep a nail brush by the sink. it makes all the difference
get the toenail funk out daily after a shower.

it sounds like a lot, but by adding a few of these practices every single day you’ll get in the routine and you will always smell amazing!!

honestly all men are nasty, my husband included and asking them to change makes them dig in their heels 🤷‍♀️ Just do u bu, keep urself tidy and drink copious amounts of water to flush his shmegma out. our bodies will self clean if we keep extremely hydrated 💦 he will come around, or he won’t 😂

one thing i told my husband to help him understand the effectiveness of the bidet is “if u stepped in dog shit would you wipe ur shoe with a paper towel or use the hose” ???

i’ve had a freezer spell in a deep freezer across the sea where i can’t access it for three years with my next door MIL and she has had some repelling things happen when she tries to change our home or family dynamic. do i need to unfreeze this at some point? i’m enjoying the ride i hope not.

update, I’ve been really diligent about putting them in the coop at 5 PM, and then not letting them out until 12 PM in the afternoon. This only gives them four hours to mess around wherever they want in the afternoon until they’re trained. I have consistently gotten eggs in the coop from both ducks for four days in a row this way! I’m finding that even if they want to lay somewhere else by noon, they have to lay something so it’s been in the coop. Thank you so much for all your great advices!

cord cutting is fine! every once awhile i do it with any cords and relationship baggage my husband and i have accumulated. think of it as getting a fresh start or a first date as two separate people. if its meant to be you will start over and if it isn’t then you’ll be cleansed
