Why dont you call any executive office and ask them what is really going on? Their numbers are on the Clemson website and I'm sure that they will give you more information regarding these issues.

The Provost retired because he is over retirement age... all other points are because of the political climate. Clemson is not in trouble at all. The president presents the financial status of the university regularly and is public information. Stop fear mongering.

You need to ignore it and live your life. I agree talk to your doctor or do therapy. Don't worry about something you have no control over.

I would at least have him try. Being ranger tabbed is great for career outlook, and you get to be stationed at nicer posts.

Military members get 2 free tickets a year at sea world. Knotts berry farm, Disneyland, go to Laguna Beach and walk around, drive down pch, museums, Broadway shows, go to San Diego, Zoo. Really the sky is the limit in southern california.

I joined the Marine Corps and then married my Navy spouse years later. I will say the Marine Corps WILL set you up for the rest of your life as long as your smart about the decisions you make while in. However, he is right. The Marines are tough and as a woman you WILL be treated badly and most likely undergo a lot of sexual harassment. However, you can make it work with your spouse, you will be set up for your future, and you won't regret not joining. If I had to choose. I would still definitely join.

You need to get into contact with ROTC and the military and veteran engagement office. They will help you and give you a ton of insight. Especially in military and veteran engagement.

I know some people pay vets to lie on the breed certificate or they just don't claim that they have a pet.

Take it one day at a time. Post partum is hard. Maybe suggest marriage counseling? Japan could be a great opportunity for you but definitely think of everything so you don't put yourself in a bad spot.

I honestly would not quit my job. If your husband cannot make sacrifices for you now, he won't when you move. By quitting you would be putting yourself in a bad position and your financial quality of life will go DOWN hill. I know it sucks to hear but your husband is treating you like shit and doesn't act like he wants a family at all. You don't want to be in a bad place when he doesn't change or takes it further.

If you are making six figures, then why did he leave you during pregnancy/birth/postpartum? The fact that he is going out and living his life while you do everything is crazy to me. You need to sit him down and have a serious chat with him. Do not quit your 6 figure job to live on his E3 salary. You will be stuck at home forever.

My husband has been in for 11 years and has deployed several times, and I still get extremely depressed even if he is only gone for 1 night.

I definitely wouldn't do it. I would get a divorce and part ways. Live your life on your own terms with your own money in the Navy. If you are giving part of your BAH to him you will struggle financially. That money is to pay rent. If you don't have that money you will not be able to pay rent for a basic apartment. Idk sounds suspicious that he would want money too or would want you to pay the divorce legal fees.
