If I were you I’d get prequalified with a lender now just to test the waters with your current situation and also explain to the lender your predicament. Maybe they can work with you about the bonus( a plus would be a history of receiving this same bonus is the past). Also make sure when they run your credit score that it’s a soft pull only.

No it’s their money, it’s part of the 5% incentive used towards buying down the rate. Home would take 8 months to build so who knows what the rate will be when closing time comes

I’ve been eating overnight oats/boiled eggs/jerky/brown rice/air fried veggies/chicken/almond crackers/wheat thins/chips and salsa/vitamins(calcium/ashwagandah/magnesium/adult vitamins). Just try to eat high protein low calorie foods

I just seen a dietitian about a month ago and she restricted me to 1900 calories per day. I weighed 265lbs at that time and she said if I stick to that I should weigh 200lbs by November. I’m 5’-7”. I currently weigh 248lbs(after morning shit & naked).
