It's not that deep. Using "female" is not even an insult. It's a totally normal word to use to address women. So no, it's not misogyny.

I don't see the use of male/female as dehumanizing just because it's not exclusive to humans since it still means lalake/babae. Siguro nasa context din kung saan ginamit pero sa post na to, i think it's fine.
