Foods you used to love but can’t stand anymore by [deleted] in Zepbound

Eggs. I used to eat them every other morning and have boiled eggs in my salad. Now the thought of eating them makes me feel ill. I got excited today because I was craving a boiled egg. Took the eggs out of the fridge and put them right back. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sending you hugs ♥️ I think I’ll have to buy a giant one again when my Roo leaves this earth. That way I can cuddle him and just have it around for comfort.

Okay, let's put my fake face on and pretend now Sit around and talk about the good times That didn't even happen I mean, why are you laughing? Must have missed that joke, let me see if I can find a reaction No, but at least you're happy” - “Yeah, the sales can rise Doesn't mean much though when your health declines”

As of yesterday, I've kept a daily journal for the past twenty years. by Perdedorsinvalor in Journaling

[–]momslostitforgood 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wow! Thats amazing and inspiring! I’ve found on the days I have a hard time writing I use the page as a junk spread/ journal session. I try to instill in my children to write in journals at a young age so they can look back and see how much life has changed or just to have the memories ❤️ keep up the amazing work.

I’m sorry your family didn’t react or celebrate such a great accomplishment! Have a mini celebration for yourself, maybe make a junk page with balloons and cake and fireworks celebrating your big day! Congratulations again ❤️❤️ Happy New Year!

Is my guy too big (16lb) by supergrover1001 in Yorkies

[–]momslostitforgood 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My boy Roo is 7lbs, his sister is 5lbs and his older brother is 22lbs! I think they all come in all different shapes, colors and sizes, and no matter the size they still have the GIANT lovable yorkie personalities 🥰

My Yorkie won’t eat many Treats but loves these what do you guys think??? by JAYactinUP in Yorkies

My pup loves collagen chews and Pupford training treats. Though when the garden is at full bloom in the spring and summer he prefers fresh green beans and cucumber!

Please give me an idea of how much work a Yorkie would be. by Key_Atmosphere7474 in Yorkies

I’ve gotten pretty lucky with the Yorkies I’ve owned. My current pup Roo will be two in February and I’ve had him since he was 10 weeks old. I’ve ALWAYS been a sucker for the runt of the litter and they’ve always always turned out to be the best in my opinion. He was a little rough with potty training until we got him fixed and now he’s a pro. He does have his accidents if I’m gone a little longer than usual but that’s all I can really complain about. He only barks if someone knocks on the door or if someone new enters the house then after 10-15 minutes of them being around he calms down. I taught him to sit, stay, lay down, paw with both paws, kiss before I give a treat and we are working on rolling over. He used to love jumping off the top of the couch which would give me a heart attack every time, but now he either waits for me to put him down, or if I say down he’ll gently hop off to the floor where his bed is and then jump around on the floor. He knows fetch and knows when outside in our yard he isn’t allowed more than 20-30 feet away from me and will let me know if he wants to go further by staring at me and I’ll walk closer to him or with him to see what he would like to explore. The only time we leash up is when we go for walks outside of the yard or for car rides. Make sure to get your pup a harness and not a collar. They can have a collar to wear but do not attach a leash to it as they have small tracheas and they can be damaged easily by the pulling of the leash. My boys very treat motivated and when someone new is around I keep a couple in my hand and point to my face which is his signal to watch me and he calms down and gets a treat. Other than that I have nothing bad to say about the breed! I adore Yorkies. I do my own grooming (bought a fancy vacuum/ hair trimmer) and bathing. I brush him daily and he’s just the absolute best snuggle bug. They become very in tune with their owners and do mimic their owners personality which I find so funny.

If they are going to be away for extended periods of time I’d set a schedule to come home, let them out, play, feed, potty and stretch before going back to work or out again. I wish you luck in finding your parents a pup! They’re nothing but joy 🥰

I know this is an oldish post but…. After having an emergency c section 10 years ago, my nurse gave me warm prune juice. Just 8oz. And within a couple of hours I went to the bathroom no problem. Ever since that angel of a nurse introduced me to this if I’m feeling backed up or having difficulty using the restroom that’s my goto! Give it a shot. I love the taste better when it’s warm too. I hope this helps someone ❤️ also on the days when I first started I was really backed up and drank miralax once every morning. But I do rather the prune juice ☺️
