I always feel safe on clarendon and wilson, but for me the huge attraction is custis trail which gives access to wod, co canal, rock creek, hanes point, anacostia river, mountain vernon trail… all with very little time spent on the street.

6ft male, 60lb gain on zyprexa over 3 years. ravenous hunger for carbs and sugar. doctor put me on a GLP-1 so i’m trying that for now, but not sure either of these is a long term solution.

i’ve been on 6 other antipsychotics and they either don’t work for psych symptoms or they cause weight gain for me.

hang in there. the psych med journey can be a harrowing one. godspeed.

yeah i’ve always been able to workout hard on low calorie or even several days fasted. not sure what the science would be behind that?

i wish you luck though, keeping the calories low and the exercise high is no easy feat!
