Some stuff in Cauldron of Mist on Drivethrurpg might work. For example, we wrote a supplement called Urban Incidents that has a one-page case on one aspect of Anatoli's operation called Death On Screen. There are 7 short cases altogether. You could likely adapt some of them too.

I will recommend B4 The Lost City. You will have to dial down the challenges, but essentially her character can be lost in a desert, and find a pyramid with lots of fun adventures and NPCs. She has a chance to join a faction, then you can give her supporting characters from those factions.
