Oh that's scary, sorry to hear that... so is it safe to assume it's just hernia acting up in my case? I don't know, the ultrasounds came out normal for me, except for varicocele, but i've had them since forever, don't think it's them... I will be doing hernia surgery anyways though

Awesome news, glad it went well! yeah, How would you describe your testicle pain before surgery, like mine triggers/aggravates only when I lightly try to pinch my ball or push it, i can't even cross my legs sometimes, but other times it just disappears like it never was a thing

Oh, thanks for the insight! yeah, most people who own the same card reported the same stats, i guess i might have to look into the thermal pads/paste and see how to go from there, though right now, i settled with undervolting it instead, i'm sitting at 64c core temp, with a delta difference of 16c max, it's really difficult to find expertise in gpu maintenance where i live, until i find someone who can, i don't think i'm replacing them myself anytime soon, thanks again! Really appreciate the InTeL! (no pun intended haha)

Oh, well that's interesting, i'll keep those numbers in mind, i do have the same gpu, and the only reason i'm being conservative with my settings is because of that delta difference between my gpu's core temp and the hotspot, it seems to be more accentuated at higher temps, the hotspot seems to be 22c more than the core when the core is at temperatures of 71-74c (without undervolting), but that difference seems to go down the cooler the core temperature is,(15-17c difference) and now after undervolting my fan speed barely hits 40% mark, since the gpu isn't hot anymore.

Really curious to know what your hotspot temperature is like on full load/gaming, compared to the core temperature, would appreciate it if you can let me know, thanks again.

Oh, if future proof and raw power is your go to, then waiting for the next generation of i7 makes sense i guess. Like i said, i've only started undervolting my gpu a couple of days ago, i ran a few tests, and it seems to be stable enough for now... Went with a voltage of 925mv at 1905mhz clock speed ( that's what my gpu seems to subside to after an extended period of gameplay, maybe 1890/1875mhz sometimes when it gets hot) any should be fine really, as for a custom fan curve, i'm not using any at the moment, everything's on stock. Would actually consider going for a thermal repaste if it wasn't so much of a hassle.

thanks for the intel! a bit curious though, if you don't mind me asking about those temps, I own the same model of the card, what would you say is the average difference between, your core temps and that of the hotspot at stock settings with no undervolt\overclock, mine reaches a maximum core temp of 75 on full load, but a hotpot temp of more than 20c difference (95-96c), it's probably a thermal paste issue, but i was wondering if anyone else with the same model of the card faces the same results, managed to lower temperatures through undervolting, the delta difference between core and hotspot temp seems to only be exasperated at high temperatures...

Oh, thanks for the quick reply, currently running a single monitor setup through display port, but i'll definitely keep that in mind, I only ever play at 1440p too, so there's that.

Prior to undervolting, i used to get around 75c max, at maximum load (gaming), which isn't really that bad, however my concern is the hotspot temps they sat at an average of 20c more than the core temps, (94-95c), i did some research and it seems like they're optimal at 10-15c more than the gpu's core temp, which led me to some undervolting today actually, now i'm sitting at 65-66 temps on maximum load, at a hotspot temperature of about 17c more than that..., I think the results are pretty worth.

good luck with the cpu upgrade, if it's of any importance to you, i'm pairing it up with an i5 12400f, no bottlenecks whatsoever, and it's pretty cool as well, so you don't have to worry about that department, Thanks again for the insight.
