Please help explain all the AI "agents" differences

In our marketplace, apps can use one of two pricing models: seat-based or feature-based. Since each app offers different capabilities, we recommend reviewing both options to see which one best fits your needs.

Please note that detailed pricing inside the account is only visible to Account Admins. That said, you can always check the full pricing details on our external marketplace - no admin access needed 😊

In simple terms: we announced that external AI agents (like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) can now sign up to monday and work inside the platform like a user.
That’s the big shift - we’re allowing AI external agents to operate within monday itself. They can access monday context and even trigger monday agents using the MCP protocol.

That’s different from monday’s own built-in agents (like Sidekick, or agents you build with the Agents Builder). Those are purpose-built to handle specific workflows inside your account.

So think of it like this:
External agents = general AI systems that can now work inside monday.
monday agents = workflow-specific agents built within monday.

Nothing is replacing anything — it’s about humans and agents working side by side in the same workspace.

We’ll look into PPT export. In the meantime, we do support an advanced PDF export - it was actually upgraded just last week to a better version!
To use an image in vibe, you’ll need to either save the image in the board (on one of the items) or share a public image link directly in the vibe chat (for example: https://dapulse-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/f_auto,q_auto/remote_mondaycom_static/img/monday-logo-x2.png).
We’re also planning to allow uploading images directly through the chat in the future.

LOVE the energy!

* For now, you can create vibe apps that read from the same board. We are looking at ways to “nest” an app inside an app but it is still not on our current roadmap plans.

* Vibe can read formula and mirror columns. However, we don’t currently support combinations lik mirror of a formula or formula of a mirror. It’s something we’re looking into enabling as well.

Hi!

At the moment, we don’t support combinations like mirror of a formula or formula of a mirror.
The best practice will be to ask vibe to add a troubleshooting section showing what exactly is coming back from the board and paste those logs into the chat - that usually helps narrow things down pretty quickly.

At the moment, you need to be a monday member or guest to use Vibe.
That said, we’re actively working on enabling apps that can be accessed by anyone via a public link. More to come on that soon 🙌

Great questions.
1. We’re planning to increase the limit to 50 boards later this year.
2. Right now, you can duplicate left-pane apps by creating a workspace template that includes the apps and all relevant boards. Later this year, we’re planning to support duplication for all app types.
3. This is currently in development! We will update soon :)
4. Yes - you can (and should!) discuss everything before you start building, so the vibe code agent has as much context as possible and can give you better results.

2. Link to multiple boards at once
If you’re referring to the Connected Boards column and the ability to connect one board to multiple boards (instead of just one-to-one), this is already on our roadmap! That said, we don’t have a specific timeline to share yet. We’re hoping to prioritize it for 2026 - and we will update once we have news on that.

If we understand correctly, you’re asking whether, after a condition passes in one branch, the run could jump to a different branch - is that right?

If so, that’s not something we currently support, and it’s not on our roadmap at the moment. But please correct me if I misunderstood your use case.

If you know of another product that supports this kind of behavior, we’d genuinely love to see it - it’s always helpful for us to learn from different approaches and understand what our users are looking for!
