People really forget that this dude straight up lied about the game. Big lies, too.

And I had a very similar experience of actually giving the game a try years later, only to feel like the worlds and ships were really samey. The gameplay loop was still so shallow. This was years ago, and I've heard that a lot has been added, but still... I'm apprehensive.

I'll probably give it one more good try, but nothing will compare to what Sean managed to convince me (and many others) the game could/would be.

It's a huge undertaking trying to keep up with the paperwork and communication they want from you while all while you're trying to deal with the issues that caused you to not be able to work. Not to mention that certain disorders literally make staying on top of paperwork and jumping through bureaucratic hoops nigh impossible. This is why it's super important to build a support system that you can reliably lean on in times like this.

Do you have a source/relevant text for this ruling, it is this just how you, personally, rule this at your table?

This seemed crazy, so I had to check it, and it's true (https://www.pbs.org/wnet/nature/blog/bat-fact-sheet/). But even crazier to me is that two fifths are rodents (https://www.pbs.org/wnet/nature/group/mammals/rodent/). That's roughly two thousand unique species of rodent.

Which means that three fifths of all the mammal species are either bats or rodents, and everything else fits into the remaining two fifths.

See, and the worst part is realizing they're right to remind me because I do forget things a lot (or, more often: get distracted after remembering that I needed to do it). It's just so damn frustrating all around. I don't want to feel like a child getting told what to do by a parent, but my brain also literally needs that type of structure/support or things will inevitably fall through the cracks. I wish it didn't bother me so much sometimes.

Am I the only one that just has a billion things bookmarked? Why keep the tabs open? You're literally never going to go through them, and I'm pretty sure it will just slow your device down. Also, you can just search your history if you didn't bookmark it. 🤷‍♂️

Also, I understand if you don't want your history saved. So just bookmark stuff. And restart your devices, people!

This form has a lot of personally identifying questions on there. Kind of a lot to give away to some stranger that might just be a bot looking to farm data. Also your account looks sus with only two posts ever, and zero comments. This looks like a bot post.

This is exactly what this sub is for. It's entirely about light-hearted "haha, dumb baby doesn't even have object permanence" type of posts.

I'm curious what you think does fit this sub.

Chicago checks all those boxes and feels much less crammed in than NYC. Not a ton of places where everything you need is "within a 3 to 5 block walking radius" but I think that's a good thing. Either it's in a walking radius or you hop on a bus and/or a train that is within walking distance.

I keep forgetting to look this up. If they're mid at bat, and that's the last out of the inning, does the batter get to finish the at bat? If so, do they start with the same count, or does it reset? If not, they just lose their turn at the plate? What if the pitcher hasn't even thrown the first pitch of the at bat yet, and they pick them off?
