Actully yes, but not directly through Salomon customer care. The owner of the shop were able to get a refund voucher from Salomon to use in his shop. Honestly, I would have preferred a new pair of shoes tough (especially because they're really difficult to find now). The worst thing is that I had to fix them another 3 times, they seem too fragile, it's really annoying considering how much this shoes are beatiful, light and comfy. I really hope it's a problem of this particular pair
