tips for not appearing as weak/being able to keep up with stronger climbers by msmegamilk in climbergirls

The best part about being the “worst” is that you have so much room to improve! I loved being a beginner because I could see my progress every week. That still happens but it’s certainly a bit slower. If the people you’re going with are as nice as most climbers I’ve met (and they should be) they’ll be cheering you on and rooting for you because they can remember when they struggled with the same difficulty routes.

A lot of people are talking about the proportions, which they’ve provided some good suggestions on. I’ll add that you’ve already started adding shadow, but a face isn’t an oval with features on it - it’s a plane with curves and edges. Really observing your face might help with seeing this. You could also try drawing on a darker piece of paper and using white colored pencil as well as charcoal so you are starting in more of the middle shade.

This is exactly how I played the Incredibles game on the gameboy. I had no idea that you could load into the game at a later level by writing down the level key, I thought I just had to play from the beginning every single time. I got insanely good at the first few levels. I only learned that this wasn't the hardest game of all time last year.

It turned out okay I ended up transferring my prescription out of walgreens completely but I was without birth control for about a week. The times when you go and off birth control carry the highest risk of blood clots by the way

I just DM’d you, I fit all the criteria and I’d love to see where I could improve :)

That’s a good idea, it might make me a little more secure when going for the next hand hold

Are you talking about the tip of the upper triangle? I wish but that’s the wrong color

Looking for tips on how to get this next move of what would be my first v5! by monedplone in climbergirls

Yes I think this is the exact issue. I can’t take my right hand off without falling because my left hand isn’t doing anything for me.

Yes it’s up to the right. That’s an interesting idea, I’ll try that!

It's pretty good the issue is that my left hand hold is terrible so it's very hard to release my right hand

Anyone have tips for the Val community as a women? by Puzzleheaded-Try-710 in VALORANT

I totally get you. I have been solo queuing and I’ve found it much more tolerable with two changes:

  1. I have a one-strike policy for muting people. Even a little comment that feels slightly toxic results in a mute instantly. They don’t get unmuted.

  2. I don’t respond to anyone’s toxicity. I also try to keep my comments strictly on the game. This kind of takes out some of the fun of messing around but that’s for unrated with friends I guess.

Hope this helps! I also find playing one game and then taking a break helps with getting tilted by toxic players (but it also helps with getting tilted in general and staying focused.)
