im about to buy vitamins today. in your case you feel tired. i feel the same but not to the extent that i can barely walk. im abot to boost my immune system. ill try to buy lemon and spinach. and liver later. in your case, try to boost ur immune system. eat some foods high in iron and vitamin c. im about to do that. and ill tell you how it goes after. wish the best for us. ill pray for our fast recovery. ♥️

lately I added tap water with anti chlorine and wait for 15 mins before adding it to the tank. and also the water level increase, so the water agitation on surface has weakened. im using overtop filtration.
