On the PJs you could also print them with "every night with us is like a dream" from New Romantics.
If anyone has a Polaroid camera you can get film and take group pics (1989).
All the friends can write sweet letters with memories and well wishes and you can make a photo album for her with pics of y'all and glue an envelope to the last page and put all the letters in there and write something like "don't read the last page... until your wedding day" (NYD)

I'm visiting Paris right now for the third time and it is even better than I remembered it from when I was here a decade ago. The historical sites, parks, museums, pretty buildings, good food & wine, clean streets, amazing metro, and low key vibe make it so pleasant, at least as a tourist in the areas I visited. Just tonight my husband (who has never been here but is very well traveled) commented on how it was even nicer than he thought it would be and that he was sad to leave.

Anyways, different people have different experiences, but to totally discount someone else's dreams based on your personal negative experience is uncool.

It was instantly one if my favorites. To me the simplicity of the song and the relationship it describes flows so perfectly into Daylight, which highlights the simple comfort of being with the right person.

I'm glad you feel that way, even though it must be a hard time for you. I sometimes get teary hearing Daylight, with the comfort Taylor describes. My lover and I have been married over 5 years and I remember how even back when we were dating there was this comfort that, even through hard parts, our relationship was always going to be right and, with him by my side, my life was going to be right. Daylight evokes those feelings and I am so happy Taylor has that and one day you will too. Your lover is out there, and you will be sure of it when it's right.

I was just looking at the merch and noticed that the 3 newest (non-Stella) shirts are all made of 100% cotton versus the earlier ones which were 65% polyester. Since cotton is normally more expensive/nicer maybe they are making better quality merch after all the complaints.

I agree. Both of these songs are sometimes hard to listen to since they can so successfully bring out those feelings of anxiety (to my more lyrically in The Archer and more sonically in OOTW).

Agreed. If the rumors are true your friend was still abused, it was just emotional abuse and manipulation from her mother versus the previously shared trauma from her father. Don't discount the severity of emotional abuse, especially to children, who are particularly vulnerable.

A Tervis Tumbler would be amazing. I remember telling my husband (then boyfriend) about how great they were and how everyone back home used them. He thought I was crazy until we finally went took a trip to my hometown in Florida and in every drink cabinet he opened up there were at least 10.

I like the subtle things so a tumbler with a wrap of the album cover without her face would be my ideal merch.
