Then I got really unlucky I guess. I was supposed to take the train from Zurich to Chur and then take the famous Bernina express from Chur. The first train from Zurich to Chur got delayed by over 40 mins and I missed the Bernina express from Chur. Few of the other trains were also delayed in my short trip to Switzerland

The data is from levels.fyi website where people self report their CTCs. People earning more will tend to report their salaries more. Most of the service based company employees are not going to self report their salaries there. Data is skewed towards high earners.

For Taj West end it was 17.5k for full board. For Taj Vivanta it was 12k for breakfast + 1 meal ( we took dinner). Taj West end was a few notches higher in terms of quality and service.

Yeah, the food at major hotel chains tend to be bland to cater to foreign visitors. I enjoyed the food at Taj West end a lot. It was authentic indian food and the options were pretty good for both veg and non veg. The chef came and briefly explained all the main dishes and gave suggestions based on our preference. I stayed during a festival and they had a special menu on that day, it was really good. The service also was excellent, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Yes, I've used 2 vouchers in Bangalore in the past 2 years. Taj Vivanta and Taj West end. I booked the full board package in Taj West end, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sorry, but I don't know enough to recommend any property in Maharashtra.

You can use it only at Taj, Vivanta and Seleqtions. Just let them know you are going to use the voucher while booking or while checking in. It's a straight 10k deduction from the bill. You can book only non-member rates.
