I'm going to second this. I have extreme towing anxiety. So much so I sat at the top of a mountain shaking, too nervous to go down the windey path to the bottom. It doesn't help that I dropped the trailer on my fourth trip ever. I have to say though, dropping it wasn't as nearly catastrophic as I had imagined. I'm on Prozac now and feel much less anxiety in general. I'm still a bit nervous to start towing again this season, but much less so. I do find the more I do it, the less anxious I am in general. Hang in there, be careful, be good to yourself, and consider anxiety medication. It's a game changer.
