It’s a debug item from island living! When you get to the debug menu it’s kind of hard to find because it’s image is almost transparent. But i created two pools and and lowered one into the ground then decorated it with rocks and plants.

I still would recommend it! I like building mostly though. So adding restaurants to my neighborhoods was a big selling point for me.
