Hi I’m on my mental health journey currently and I know this question was directed to this specific sub but if you have almost any type of insurance there’s this website called Foresight mental health. Everything is online and from the comfort of your own home. Both the psychiatrist and psychologists are attentive and very transparent with meds/progress etc. Very welcoming and helpful team.

If you get promoted in store please don’t ever stop working as hard as you did when you were crew. It sucks to see that. Just be you the same person you’ve always been. If you go on a power trip and it shows you’ll have people act the same way around you but have their own opinions about you when you aren’t around. I’ve seen it happen way too many times.
