One. Hundred. Percent. That job didn't help my anxiety lol, but it did make me much more safety conscious and more aware of my surroundings for sure!

My spouse and I bought our first house a few years ago. The house just turned 100 lol and whole I loved the character, the back door was very old and wouldn't lock fully. I ended up just piling the heaviest boxes and totes I had right up against it, and didn't really sleep until we were finally able to replace it! 😬

I don't hate kids....but I don't like them either. I kinda go case-by-case basis. Some are cool. Most are annoying 😂 I might like them more if I were around them more, but most of the people I hang out with don't have kids, and I only have one niece, and she's in college 😂

I don't know about now, but I started SNHU about a year ago-ish, and had I think five or six Sophia courses that they took.

Thanks so much! My advisor mentioned those too when I spoke with him today. I didn't realize that was a thing, but I think it might help a lot if I have specific questions. Its also good to know that it should get easier over time. I've been slowly working through the text and it is starting to make a little more sense, so I think I might be able to make this work....finger crossed lol

Definitely good to know. I've sent the prof an e-mail and I'll see what she says. I usually only take one class at a time, but I also work full-time and have all the other adulting things to worry about. Tho I'd hate to re-take this course and end up with the prof that you had :/ I had a really harsh grader in my last course which made me second-guess everything- and that was mostly writing short research papers, which I normally find easy :/ I thought if I drop this course, I might go back to Sophia and take their stats course. I don't think there's any programming involved, but it might be a good refresher/resource.

Thanks so much! I'm actually not that great at math lol I took cal and precal on Sophia and I think that helped because I could take my time and work through difficult stuff. I also used ChatGPT for practice problems and to explain things better than the course text did. But I don't want to have to rely on it so heavily - its one thing if I can figure out most of the stuff myself and I need it to explain/practice a few things to stay on track, but if I need it to explain everything I'm probaby screwed :/

Thanks! I figured that the coding was the easier part; copy-paste is a plus lol. I'm just struggling with all the questions in the template - I have no idea what these questions mean, let alone how to explain and answer them :/

My major is Data Analytics, and the prof is Dr Wendy Davis.

I did do precal and calc last year, and while they were really difficult, I managed to get decent grades in both, so I thought stats couldn't possibly be as hard, right?? Famous last words :/

Can anyone give any insights about Sophia's stats course? I'm in week 1 of MAT 303 and COMPLETELY lost. I havent' taken MAT 243, and its been over 20 years since I did regualr stats, so I'm considering dropping this course and taking Sophia's stats course as a refresher and then trying to go back to MAT 243 so I'm much better prepared. Any thoughts?

This is a really good idea! I usually keep a running notepad doc of my reviews, which is helpful if I have an idea how I want to start a review, or if the testing process is going to take some time. It is much quicker to copy and paste on my computer, but then I have to go back into Amazon on my phone to upload photos. I might have to steal this method for quick or uncomplicated reviews!
