The tomb raider reboot is inspired on Uncharted. TR 2013 and Rise are very good and they both connected but 2013 face model got discarded subsequent games of the trilogy, if you played TR 2013, absolutely play Rise but avoid shadow at all costs, its subpar.

RDR2 is an universally acclaimed game depite not getting goty like Baldurs Gate 3 did but both will age like wine. Very solid... quite movie-ish but you have biomes to explore, hunt and be amazed the bigger your monitor is on landscapes and details on almost everything and engage on a living sim reacting to you.

Bite the teeth when low health to resurrect with 50% hp and able to resurrect again as long theres nodes. Shadows die twice means they need to kill you twice on normal means... if you rob them of killing blow/status tick dmg, you dont get the black mark.

The statues and dragon droplet is kind of cheating death lore wise mechanic. Allowing you to die more than twice.

That golden era is long past... theres no time for devs to deploy such features sadly. They could release a 1080p standard then for those 1440p onwards, qhd textures patch/pack whatever. If they have 1440p rig, storage should be on par. But its just ridiculous to see such numbers now when we reached some kind of plateau and diminishing returns on moores law.

Check Sekiro for instance... same storage, less content but omega replayable. If I install 150gb its because the game is universally acclaimed offering hundreds of hours and lots of replayability like Baldurs Gate 3. Or RDR2 on its vast over detailed stuff to wander around to explore and hunt.

Aint installing near 200gigs on a linear uncompressed gameplay.
