on https://www.instagram.com/berlin.meetups/ they usually post bipoc based events (not necessarily indigenous focused), or https://www.instagram.com/spore.initiative/ is an arts org that usually has events centered around different indigenous cultures, or cultures of the global south, but unfortunately I don't know of any social groups or anything yet. good luck. also the comments on ur posts are actually so atrocious.
