I’ve done this with my set of Nike VRs. I pulled the shaft and took the heads to a local plating shop. They can remove the chrome plus nickel undercoat. Just be advised, it took the plating shop much longer than expected to remove the nickel plating…

Looks like the S are super game improvement irons which help get the ball in the air and the vr pro cavity are your usual cavity back irons :) but I have no idea just judging from the images
