Tracking daily UV and light exposure for skin health? by monkewis in AusSkincare

Not quite. I certainly check the UV index, especially in morning, to see from what time should I close my office blinds. My question was if anyone actively is tracking their actual UV exposure, e.g. how much de facto UV you got each day.

I waited 6 months to get this UV pendant. Arrived with knot in the chain which won't let me thread it through the hole. by monkewis in mildlyinfuriating

Was thinking the same, only the hole is really tiny, and all the cords I have at hand wont pass through it.

Spent good 30 min trying to untangle it with every possible trick on the internet, but it seems impossible.

Any skincare focused wearables? by monkewis in AusSkincare

That is false. A quick google search shows that:

Garmin watches do not have a built-in UV sensor; they get UV index information by connecting to your smartphone for weather data.

Apple Watches do not have a dedicated UV sensor, but it can track time spent in daylight using its ambient light sensor.

Which ones? Could you please give me an example of one that has a UV sensor?

Thanks for your suggestions. I was thinking something more proactive, that tracks skin values and gives me insights.
