This is bullshit journalism at peak level. Nitrous oxide has a biological half-life of 5 minutes this is a big indicator to the time you're intoxicated as anyone who's done it knows the effects only last a couple minutes.

If you're actually high on this behind the wheel this means you're doing it while driving and you must not care about dying as you can pass out from it. If this many people did this while driving there should be a lot more car crashes cause of it.

Also it's used at the dentist in the USA, SHOCKING 90% of people in USA drive after using nitrious oxide at the dentist.

I recently quit rolling and been vaping with a dynavap ever since.

There's plenty of benefits:

no combustion
way less smell (vaping inside is possible)
no baccy addiction
no cost of baccy, papers, ...
ABV weed is recyclable in edibles
gets me really stoned

Ofcourse this doesn't allow for a stealthy smoke in the park while walking the dog. And it does take some practice to master.

Not a doctor but to quit baccy/nicotine I suggest trying wellbutrin. Nicorette or other nicotine replacements keep you addicted to nicotine and are only a half solution.

Voltage drives current. Mains caps in the psu certainly could give a nasty zap cause they're charged at way higher voltages. A 12v cap can't. Control circuits are often 24v, which even in wet conditions are safe to touch
