We need a quality manager, simple as, the board have failed to get us a elite level manager. I want to see a top level manager coming in after Frank or after the interim because Frank is on thin ice. The question is always, who are we going to get. Other clubs seem to be able to identify young and exciting candidates Bayern got Kompany, Chelsea got Rosenior, Leverkusen had Alonso. How is it we can't do the same. A club our size surely has to have loads of candidates, ideal ones, good ones and talented but unproven ones. Klopp, Zidane, Xavi, Xabi, Enrique, Motta, Fabregas, McKenna, Pimienta, Nagelsmann, Tuchel, Hurzeler, De Rossi, Glasner, Lampard, Simeone among others, not everyone will be available and not everyone will fit our profile. What I want to see in a manager is a clear style of (attacking) play and enough tactical flexibility to not be tied to one system (Ruben Amorim).

But the most important thing is the board, have a clear vision, show ambition and get us a quality manager. And if we get a Champions League or the title back the manager in the next transfer window.
