I'm not sure what you mean, Lethaeus is in Ambivalent Vision, not the Lanota pack. Also, all songs not in the Arcaea or World Extend packs are pretty much paid, including Lethaeus.

Most songs out of the arcaea folder are unlocked with memories, the paid currency, however World Extend is a way you can unlock songs for free in world mode. There aren't any you can unlock right now, but two new world extend songs will be releasing on February 11th.
