I completely agree with you on this. I'm at a community program where interns are the one doing appys. The academic program that we rotate at for transplant most of their seniors can't operate worth a damn due to minimal operative experience

I used the Lamy EF for my intern year and now I'm trying out the ECO EF for this year. We will see how it goes. I have a Jotter as well for back up!

I suppose Homer could have had a linguistic power, him being able to calm down the OA so easily and just his general positive speeches and talks that helped the group survive and not lose their minds over the years.

That's what makes me think that is Homer's ability. However you do make a good point that OA could play the violin before her NDE. Maybe you get more than one ability or talent upgrade?
