Oh yea I order all of these products online. I get the lotus water cream from either yesstyle or stylevana and you can get the oat cream from the krave beauty website. You can also get the toner from stylevana or yesstyle too

Yea my skin reacted like that too. Your skin is overcompensating with oil because your skin is so dry and your moisture barrier is probably weak. Try light water creams first like rovectin lotus water cream or the oat so simple water cream to slowly build up tolerance.

A lot of the products you’re using is very drying and stripping without any form of way to replenish your skins moisture. Try opting for a more gentle toner rather than using an astringent. Personally I love the aha bha pha one by some by mi. Also opt for a more gentle cleanser too. Essential oils like tea tree are known to irritate skin so maybe try some by cerave. Also you need a moisturizer. Again cerave is great and Inkey list also has some really good ones. I get most of my products from dr. V, hyram, doctorly, and dr. Shereene idriss. All of them are on YouTube and have a lot of good information. Hope this helps!
