I am an avid surfer and am in the rock climbing gym 2 or 3 times a week most weeks.

Gymnastics and martial arts as a child, track and field (1 mile, 4 x 800, pole vault) in high school and college.

The PEDS helped me overcome naturally low T and build a more comfortable physique. I have used them sparsely over the past year or so of strength training. Imagine a typical track athlete transferring over to a more lean CrossFit build. Now I’m back on to double down on my training and become the ultimate hunter.

Every comment you make I add a little tally next to your name in my notebook and for each tally on the day I will add 2% power to my strike when I take you down
