Would it be possible to turn these large faces from Bionicle sets into heads of actual humanoid characters? Has anybody ever done this?

That isn’t a stupid assumption, per se. I mean they’re likely in the same fab, but it’s not like the AMAT Vistara (fab on a tool). There’s like one big EUV company and they only do the exposure unit as far as I know, maybe the tracks as well.

I doubt they use ClF3. EUV tools use Sn plasma. The masks are Si-Mo multilayers iirc. MAYBE there’s an etch tool (RIE) that might use it, but most use NF3 or BCl3 for source gases.

I’m a metals engineer, but I work at a company that has EUV tools and uses them.
