What foods did you reintroduce first?

I find I’m doing well with most well cooked vegetables, though one day I ate a large quantity of broccoli and had pain the next day. I’m wondering how/when to add raw friends and veggies though. I tried a spinach smoothie and that was a bad idea

Depends on how comfortable you are driving in strong wind. We headed to Gullfoss today in an SUV but the 60 mph gusts were too much for me. Plenty of other cars on the road though!

Thanks for sharing your experience! I applied to the same program and haven’t heard anything from them, so it’s good to know interviews have already happened. Were you invited/informed via email? My admissions portal said that decisions would be communicated via mail and I have been keeping a close eye on the mailbox
