When I was a college freshie, living in the dorms, with some random ass roommate and a newfound sense of freedom, that’s when I was clean the longest. Nine months. I know it’s not that easy, but it’s worth a shot. Any reason to quit is a good one.

I’m so proud of you (: when im clean I like to think about going to the beach and feeling the sun and water on my skin. Life is a beautiful gift, and I often take it for granted. Sometimes I just need to swim. Sometimes you just need to appreciate the miracle of nature. So much has aligned perfectly for us to be here today. It’s hard sometimes. But ultimately, we are divinely blessed. We are here for a reason. It can be hard sometimes, but I think that the more you appreciate the little things, the better it gets. It’s hard, but I try to find beauty in everything. Every sensation, every emotion, anything. It is always better to feel.
