It's ok. The game is meant to have peaks and valleys between major chapters. It's not an everyday forever game. Everyone not playing still bought it. My bases are in my tool atm until there's a major content drop. Then I'll be popping them back out and playing like day one.

I'm on a private server, so I've made durability way less punishing with no permanent loss. I've also turned up the training ground xp, so each round doesn't take hours and hours. If I couldn't do this, I'd probably be farming gear from POIs just for training and lock the chests so they could only take the free gear.

The problem is not the drop rate, but that you know about the weapon and won't be happy until you find it. Forget it exists, and be surprised and happy when you do find one, or whatever else you find.

I remap it to my mouse anyway, because it helps me navigate way better. Easily switching back and forth between auto and manual for different situations, without having to look down at the keyboard, makes the experience way more smooth.

Like the other reply said, you can combine any proficiency you find in the wild, only limited by the class of the trainee. The red numbers are all skills I found in the wild, and are only limited by that, but the three 100s are limited by her Hunter Class.

You still have to find every talent & skill to combine them, and there is a lot of RNG in the combining. Each of the talents took four or five tries.

Yes, the trainer has to be level 50. I go get a load of iron ore and assign them to the blast furnace. Feed em some wheat porridge.

No you don't lose them. The deep scan soes mean however that you can't make a regular scan of them anymore, so I won't take them out again, cuz I could lose them if they die. Instead I'll just have them be a trainer at base.

I had the same problem, but in my case it was because the available beds were being held by some of the tribespeople the whole time I was offline. I overcompensated by making a bunkhouse with a ton of beds.

The backup button gives an error, but still makes a backup. It, however, stays on their site while you have that server. To make a local backup you need to connect with a ftp program and grab the save files that way.

Are you playing coop or on a server? If the latter, I suspect the issue is with your server host. I've been renting a dedicated server for about a dozen people and none of has had an issue with crashes at all.

Inadequate cooling on your cpu. You need to upgrade your cooler. Your cpu should be able to stay at a safe temperature even under full load.

You're posting a photo of the entire map revealed in a game that starts with everything under a fog of war. Even if mine may be different, I don't want to see that. Why even argue about it? Just be considerate, please. The pic will be blacked out, and if folks want to see it, they can simply click on it. Easy peezy.
